We had a walk in shower installed due to my husband's leg injury. Trey Lowery and his co-worker did an excellent job. They were on time and worked hard all day to get the shower finished. Two years after the installation of our two Jacuzzi bathrooms, we contacted them with some concern regarding mold appearing in some of the grout. Their response was immediate and comforting - the lifetime warranty is real!
Chris came on Monday to inspect and replace the grout. He was quick and efficient, doing the job with little disruption to our day. Chris was more than willing to answer questions, discuss some prevention techniques about living in the humid South.
