Two years after the installation of our two Jacuzzi bathrooms, we contacted them with some concern regarding mold appearing in some of the grout. Their response was immediate and comforting - the lifetime warranty is real! Chris came on Monday to inspect and replace the grout. Trey L. installed a walk in shower for my mother-n-law and she (we) were very pleased with his work and work ethics. He was very professional and let us know about every step he was doing. The house had a pipe that really made his job more difficult than it should have been and he worked until he figured it out to complete the job. We are very thankful for his determination to get the job done. He's a hard working young man.
