I do not trust this company. The rep who came to my house gave me used car salesman vibes -- even before he told me the ridiculously inflated prices. They stack the "discounts" to make it feel like you're getting a good deal, but even then the cost is many times what it should be. They quoted over $19,000 for a small upright shower in an old townhouse -- but $15,500 if I signed that day. When I balked, they magically got it down to $10,900, and eventually $9000. Patrick was awesome. He tore out my old tub & shower and converted it to a beautiful new walk-in shower in one day. I enjoyed dealing with Jeremy Jones, Chelsey, Patrick and the fine folks at Express Bath. I am happy with my new bath and will recommend Express Bath at every opportunity.
