            I would give 5 stars but customer service over the phone was not good. Leaving messages and waiting for someone to get back to you was horrible. The salesman didn’t bring in any samples, I had to ask for them and he had to go back to his car to get them. Spent way too much time talking and not enough listening to what my needs were.             Christian and Joshua are from the Decatur, AL store. They are extremely nice, respectful, and know their stuff. Christian is the sales rep and Josh is the reno guy. I highly recommend them for your bathroom renovation. Just wish they would do other rooms besides bathrooms. 😁

            I highly recommend Express Bath and installer Jeffrey N. Jeffrey had a massive job to tackle but was very professional, organized, and skillful. He made precautions to keep the tear out and mess contained. After completion there was no mess and no sign of construction, just a beautiful 43”by 73” shower. Everything that was installed is of high quality and is backed by the Jacuzzi company.
