We had a great experience with Express Bath. We needed to convert our tub to a safe shower for our aging mother. We contacted Express Bath for a quote and they sent someone the next day. The process and background of the company was fully explained (It took about 2 hours). Once we agreed on a price and signed the contract a manager reached out just to check in and make sure we didn't have questions. We had a new shower placed recently. My husband noted a leak at the coupling on the shower hose. I called on Monday and the very next day a repairman, Clay, came to my house. He arrived when he said he would. He replaced the entire hose, and gave us a couple of tips on how to prevent mold on the shower seat. He was knowledgeable, and had a positive attitude, and was extremely courteous. This entire renovation and repair receives an outstanding rating.
