Sales Rep. Shani McPherson was great at explaining the process of replacing our tub/shower to a walk-in shower. She was very friendly and professional. She answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Will Kirkpatrick came and installed our walk-in shower. Will was really nice and very respectful.
