I was very pleased with the service we got from Chris Tumbrello, Joe Greene, and Cody. Chris made sure we were able to get the perfect walk in shower for my mom. He was very easy to work with. Joe Greene and Cody were the installers. They were prompt, conscientious of cleaning up as well as making sure the shower was perfect. It was a pleasure having them as our installers. I highly recommend Express Bath.

I would give 5 stars but customer service over the phone was not good. Leaving messages and waiting for someone to get back to you was horrible. The salesman didn’t bring in any samples, I had to ask for them and he had to go back to his car to get them. Spent way too much time talking and not enough listening to what my needs were. Joshua Keith installed safety rails in the bath area for us . his professionalism was far greater than we expected. he was very courteous and polite. i would highly recommend Express Bath and Joshua for any bath room projects >
