Our first time using express bath but I can not say anything negative at all. Cody came in, he was very polite and professional during the entire process. Even though my carpets need replacing, he covered the path he was walking as well as working with sheets to make sure the carpet did not get dirty. He also took pictures and asked multiple questions on the location of where to put everything to ensure that it was exactly the way we wanted it.
