This is the second experience with Express Bath, and both have been exceptional. The sales person that came to discuss the replacement was knowledgeable, and took the time to get all the details needed to put the plan in place. Then Jeffery, our installer, communicated with us very well with respect to arrival times, etc., and the guy is meticulously organized, and does great work.
