⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Originally I gave 4 stars because of customer service. Chris Krich responded to my concerns immediately and ensured me he would address my concerns with his team. I found a spot inside my new shower where the silicone was smeared and Chris touched it up. My customer service concerns were noted and addressed not with lip service but with actions. Christian and Joshua are from the Decatur, AL store. They are extremely nice, respectful, and know their stuff. Christian is the sales rep and Josh is the reno guy. I highly recommend them for your bathroom renovation. Just wish they would do other rooms besides bathrooms. 😁

I highly recommend Express Bath and installer Jeffrey N. Jeffrey had a massive job to tackle but was very professional, organized, and skillful. He made precautions to keep the tear out and mess contained. After completion there was no mess and no sign of construction, just a beautiful 43”by 73” shower. Everything that was installed is of high quality and is backed by the Jacuzzi company.
