Chris troubleshot why the cold water pressure was much less than the hot water on my newly installed walk-in Jacuzzi tub. He learned that the valve was adjustable, and set it to blend with the hot water flow thus solving the problem. Chris did an outstanding job and represented Express Bath in a noteworthy manner.
Contacted owner, Matt and not even 10 mins later someone was at my house and fixed my issue. Great service by Chris and the Express Bath team!!! Would highly recommend.
