Initially I had a little difficulty communicating with the staff but it was around the Holidays and everyone was busy so I'm writing that off as circumstances. Josh H was my installer and if my initial interaction was questionable, Josh more than made up for that disappointment. Had our high rise shower stall redone from under the stall to top. ****Joshua Hoover (n) sorry about the spelling but no sorrows about getting him for installer. He will be the person We request if we need more work done. A small part had broken and he didn’t have to tell us because you couldn’t see it. Not him, told us about it and said he would back the next and fixed it. We trust him and he is sure an asset to this company
