I know a lot of people who have had shower/tub remodels from Express Bath. They all look beautiful and problems very rarely occur. However, if you do happen to have a "problem" and have to have the Service Manager, Chris Krich, come out.... Let me tell you, you are in for a treat! Ben Naylor just installed our new bath, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly yet professional. He explained what he would be doing and was happy to answer all our questions and made sure we were happy. He was very neat and picked up after himself as he worked with no mess to deal with.
