Chris Tombrello sold me on getting a walk-in shower. He explained the process and materials, but was not pushy. He was very professional and nice. My animals approved too. I expect to like the shower and will feel safer not having to step over a tub wall. Ryan Garrison did a great job on the installation. He was professional yet friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and made the process clean and smooth.
