We had two walk-in showers installed - one replacing an existing walk-in and one replacing a tub/shower combo. The new showers are beautiful! The work was done well within the timeframe we were promised. Cameron did the work very well, neat and very professional. We discovered a problem with the cove base beside the new shower in one bathroom. Cameron came to the house and showed us pictures proving the problem wasn't caused by his work. I know a lot of people who have had shower/tub remodels from Express Bath. They all look beautiful and problems very rarely occur. However, if you do happen to have a "problem" and have to have the Service Manager, Chris Krich, come out.... Let me tell you, you are in for a treat! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and able to resolve whatever you may have going on, but he's also delightfully friendly. Not to mention, he takes the time to educate you! The shower installer, Will was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional and had me a beautiful shower at the end of job. Everything was cleaned up after job was done. I would recommend Will to my personal friends.
