He worked tirelessly from 7AM until 6:30 PM not ever taking a break or a lunch! Who does that? His clean up was very thorough. I have no regrets.

The Express Bath administrative team consisted of K. Dee/Design Consultant and Becky Palmer/Sales Assistant. Joe Greene/Lead Installer and Cody (who was in training, but we did not receive his last name) made up the Installation team. Ms. Dee came to our home, explained the program to us and understood our needs (to redesign our shower). Excellent experience from the first contact made to inquire about converting my soaker tub into a Walkin shower. They sent their design consultant Todd Etheredge to view my current master bath with the soaker tub. He showed me all of their designs and explained the entire process.
