One of the smoothest and trouble-free things I've ever been a part of. Everyone I dealt with was very personable and professional. Charlie came to our house on a Monday for our quote. I was expecting the shower to be installed in about a month, but they called the very next day (Tuesday) to let us know they could come Wednesday to start the install! (We got the "basic" package). Cameron did an excellent job of removing my old fiberglass bath/shower and installing this wonderful new, more roomy shower. Even working alone and in frigid outdoor temperatures, he completed the task easily in 7 hours.
