Originally I gave 4 stars because of customer service. Chris Krich responded to my concerns immediately and ensured me he would address my concerns with his team.
I found a spot inside my new shower where the silicone was smeared and Chris touched it up. My customer service concerns were noted and addressed not with lip service but with actions.
Kudos to Chris! Express Bath don’t let him get away🥇!

As it’s our goal to give the best experience from start to finish of each project.
Joshua Keith installed safety rails in the bath area for us . his professionalism was far greater than we expected. he was very courteous and polite. i would highly recommend Express Bath and Joshua for any bath room projects >
Christian and Joshua are from the Decatur, AL store. They are extremely nice, respectful, and know their stuff. Christian is the sales rep and Josh is the reno guy. I highly recommend them for your bathroom renovation. Just wish they would do other rooms besides bathrooms. 😁
Thank you for the kind words! We’re so glad to hear Christian and Joshua made such a great impression. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with them and who knows, maybe one day we’ll branch out beyond bathrooms! 😄
I highly recommend Express Bath and installer Jeffrey N. Jeffrey had a massive job to tackle but was very professional, organized, and skillful. He made precautions to keep the tear out and mess contained. After completion there was no mess and no sign of construction, just a beautiful 43”by 73” shower. Everything that was installed is of high quality and is backed by the Jacuzzi company.
Thank you so much Bernie for the wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear Jeffrey delivered such a smooth and professional installation. Your new 43”x73” shower sounds amazing, and we’re glad you’re happy with the quality and care that went into it. Enjoy your beautiful new space!
