Jacob Hinkle was an extraordinary serviceman. He was prompt and knowledgeable. The removal of the tub and installation of a walk-in shower looks great.
In about May 2020 Express Bath installed a new shower/tub for us. They sent one man to do a two or three man job. The guy worked hard. However, the tub was apparently too large and he had knocked a wall out of square, broke tile on floor which remains, and he glued a five inch board up against the tub (without permission) which makes the tub look very cheap and tacky.
