We had a incredible experience with Express Bath. From start to finish, every single step was flawless. When our Sales Rep Terry Walter came out to meet with my wife and I about our shower needing to be replaced it was as professional as it gets. He explained all our options and we didn't feel pressured at all. He worked with us and our needs for the replacement. His communication skills are top tier! Next came the waiting process.
