Exterior Pros came to my mother's home to give her an estimate on her roof. In addition to selling her on things which were not appropriate for her roof structure, the sales person pressured her to sign offering her an "efficiency discount" of $4K which was still $10K plus higher than reputable roofers in the area. This is our second time using Exterior Pros and we could not be more satisfied. They are great to work with and communication is excellent. We have an old home and usually renovations have hiccups. They easily adjusted when plans had to change. I choose companies based on reviews, so I hope this helps you make your decision.

Initially spoke to reps at Home & Garden Show about siding. Came to our home and discussed at length the material, timeframe, pricing, etc. Very impressed. We did have siding installed and some carpentry work. Exterior Pros staff made it a very efficient and well done project. They are responsive and on the job inspecting the work. When we had a couple small concerns, they were addressed immediately and we are very happy with the results.

Staff explains everything thoroughly before you order windows. We had all windows replaced by capable installers. Would recommend for all projects.
