Exterior Pros came to my mother's home to give her an estimate on her roof. In addition to selling her on things which were not appropriate for her roof structure, the sales person pressured her to sign offering her an "efficiency discount" of $4K which was still $10K plus higher than reputable roofers in the area. This is our second time using Exterior Pros and we could not be more satisfied. They are great to work with and communication is excellent. We have an old home and usually renovations have hiccups.
