Our comprehensive roofing system also included ice and water shields, synthetic underlayment, Malarkey Highlander AR architectural shingles, Shadow ridge cap, Style D drip edge, and ridge ventilation.
For the siding, we expertly removed the old materials and ensured the wall was properly furring to a uniform plane. We then wrapped the home with new house wrap and installed high-quality 4" double-lap steel siding in Dakota Blue, complete with a starter strip, J-channel, and all necessary flashings, allowing for appropriate thermal movement.
