EZ Exteriors completed a series of exterior repairs and preventative measures to help protect this home from ongoing wear and moisture issues. We wrapped the wood kick plate at the front step with 24-gauge steel to prevent damage from frequent use and exposure.
To address drainage concerns, we supplied and installed a cement splash block to reduce erosion caused by runoff. We also sealed all exterior pipe penetrations with silicone to help maintain a watertight envelope. The job was finished with a full pressure wash to remove buildup and prepare the exterior for long-term durability.
