EZ Exteriors completed a fire damage restoration on an apartment building, performing a full range of exterior repairs. The team installed new windows, a sliding door, and trim, then sealed the porch surface with Mule-Hide® silicone roof coating for long-term waterproofing. To restore the roof, CertainTeed Landmark® shingles in Heather Blend were installed, and LP® SmartSide® Cedar Textured Strand Lap Siding was used to replace damaged exterior walls. The siding was then painted to seamlessly match the rest of the building’s façade.
