EZ Exteriors completed a full roof recovery on this home in Pocatello, ID, starting with the complete tear-off of the existing roofing system. Due to structural requirements, we also performed a full resheathing of the roof deck to ensure a solid and secure foundation.
After sheathing, we installed an approved synthetic underlayment, providing superior moisture resistance and protection beneath the new shingles. The project was finished with the installation of CertainTeed Landmark® asphalt shingles, known for their reliability, dimensional appearance, and long-lasting performance in Idaho’s changing climate.
