EZ Exteriors completed a multi-scope project on this home, starting with the installation of a EPDM deck cover to create a watertight barrier and protect the subflooring from moisture damage.
For the roof, we installed CertainTeed Presidential® shingles in Autumn Blend, delivering premium performance with a dimensional, high-end appearance. On the overhangs, we used 24-gauge Snap Lock standing seam metal panels for added durability and striking architectural detail.
We completed interior work by hanging drywall on all exposed framing, taping and smoothing all seams, then priming and painting approved areas for a clean, finished look. This project showcases EZ Exteriors’ ability to manage complete exterior and interior renovations with lasting quality.
