EZ Exteriors completed both roofing and siding work on this home after it sustained significant water damage to the front exterior from water intrusion behind the stucco. The roofing was upgraded with Silver Birch CertainTeed Landmark® shingles, offering a fresh, durable finish.

For the exterior walls, we installed vertical vinyl siding for a clean, timeless look, paired with Evolve Stone® along the lower portion of the home and on the entry pillars. This combination restored the home’s curb appeal while improving its resistance to future moisture damage.
