EZ Exteriors completed a custom metal roofing system on this home in Jackson, Wyoming, using 1-1/2" standing seam panels for a sleek, durable finish designed to withstand extreme mountain weather. To prevent winter-related issues, we installed melt systems in all valleys to stop ice dams before they form and added a double bar snow retention system for controlled snow shedding and added safety. This roofing solution combines performance, protection, and high-end style—ideal for cold-climate homes.
EZ Exteriors installed new 24-gauge Snap Lock standing seam metal panels to replace damaged panels. To enhance winter protection, the team added snow retention bars and heat tape—designed to prevent ice damming and manage snow shedding safely and efficiently.
EZ Exteriors custom-bent and installed a green snow retention rail on the south side of the home to prevent snow slide-off. Additionally, four existing sections of green snow retention rail were replaced to restore full functionality and protect the roof and surrounding areas.
EZ Exteriors performed a full tear-off and installed 100% ice and water shield underlayment for maximum moisture protection. The roof was finished with CertainTeed NorthGate® shingles in Max Def Pewter, providing superior impact resistance, weather durability, and enhanced curb appeal.
