Vance and Irene at Ferguson Roofing are AMAZING in every way. Knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and just very nice people. The roof looks fantastic and the cleanup was perfect. I would have liked a heads up to see if there was anything needed to protect the things that were stored in my attic (which is my main storage for the house). Not sure if this always happens, but there was a tremendous amount of debris up there after the job. Thank again Vance and Irene!

Several calls in to get the job done...I was always the one following up, not them. Office is always “out of office or on another call”. Worker had to come back 3 times to complete a very small repair job. Had to call 2 times for an invoice then ended up contacting worker because he was the only one who would respond. Great working crew! Good work completed. Terrible office/ support staff.
