Called for them to look at a leak. Came out and told me the cause and had it fixed. Next rain same leak. After a week or so came back out told me problem identified. Would be back to cap a vent in a couple days. 3 weeks later nothing. So I basically paid them to fix a problem that wasn't the problem...

Vance came and quoted the job within days of my request. Irene sent the quote and stopped by so we could select the color we wanted. The crew arrived on time and were the hardest working crew we ever had! They were always respectful and professional. We did have rain during the job, but they only removed as much of the roof as they could replace before the rain came. In just 2-1/2 days, our roof looked better than it did when it was new.
