Sean, the Salesman 1st came out and was very helpful assessing what needed to be done to my roof after a hail storm and even suggested a better gutter color to match the house. Professional and timely response. Once the crew came, Alex, the crew chief, kept me informed of everything that was going on as the crew was very efficient. Completed a very steep roof in 1 day. First Choice took care of everything. They replaced my roof, installed gutter guards, and replaced my skylight. Being able to have it all done through one company made the entire storm damage process so much less stressful. They worked directly with my insurance team on all the paperwork and pulled the necessary permits for me. The whole crew was professional, clean, and efficient. The job was completed in just one day.
