Five Points replaced our roof after letting us know that our shingles were part of the Tamko recall. Ben Wigdor with Five Points (and friend and neighbor) helped us with the claim to Tamko and we recovered almost the cost of the new roof. He was right on top of everything! Roofers were very considerate of our home, netting everything to keep any debris from damaging our home. They cleaned up any debris in our, and our neighbors yard. They were in and out in one day. Although they did a decent job replacing my roof, communication from their sales lead and logistics team is less than desirable. A week after the roof was replaced, the team that replaces the flashing showed up without any notification at all. This process has taken 4 months and is still not complete. The work has been fine but the key to success for any company is communication. They seriously lack in this department.

It’s a rare thing to see people catch details the way this group does. They still have to do the metal sections of my roof (and gutters), however the shingle crew and the supervisors were so conscientious, I decided to give them a 5 start, having full confidence the rest will be superior.
