We got around 10 quotes and met with various roofers. German was by far the most thorough and responsive. He maintained great communication at every step of the process. As with any big project, things come up. German always addressed any questions or concerns right away and made sure I was satisfied.

When I decided to replace my roof, I interviewed four recommended contractors. Three sent me boilerplate contracts; FQR came to the house, presented and left me with samples of under-the-tile roofing options, described the process, and left me with a spiral bound book of company information, awards, reviews, and a contract to review. We just had our large roof replaced with flat tiles and recommend contacting Germain and his team! Despite manufacturing delays that were out of their control, we love the end product. German and his crew applied a GE Silicone coating to our industrial warehouse building of 89,000 sf. All leaks have stopped and the roof looks brand new. Very satisfied with the job and the professionalism of the whole crew.
