Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about FQR. From the start, German was exceptionally informative and professional - and while I can almost promise their proposal won't be the cheapest, (i) you get what you pay for and (ii) they don't sub out the work - German himself will be involved in the project and their workers are employees. Excellent support system and staff is courteous, prompt, and informs me of all anticipated work. They are honest and do excellent work. My new roof is exactly what I wanted. They also answered my calls very timely and helped replace some rotted out facia boards. Very comfortable doing business with Florida Quality Roofing. Always had easy communication. I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review because German Duarte and Florida Quality Roofing are listed as the roofing contractors responsible for replacement of my residential roof back in 2004 (Hurricane Charley) located in Central Florida. At the time, Florida Quality Roofing was a 2-year old company. I purchased the home in 2015. At the time of purchase, multiple major issues were found with the roof. Hi, My name is David Tejera. I completed a project with FQR at my primary residence about 4.5 years ago (a reroof of a flat roof (approx. $45,000). I currently have a leak in my roof and German and Stella (Owners) will NOT honor the original warranty. They will not even take my calls. I have 6 months left on my 5 year warranty.
