The owner Phil is all about quality. When he makes a promise regarding customer satisfaction, he not only meets those expectations, but exceeds them. I have heard that one roof didn’t satisfy him at completion, but because of his dedication to quality, he at his own expense, tore it off and completed it again to ensure it was of the highest quality. You don’t meet many owners like that who are honest, fair and trustworthy.
