I did not actually have work done by Mike however, I wanted to share my experience. I called him in a time of need on a "small" job that I thought another contractor was not going to show up.
Mike was ready to work my small job in his already full week and help me. His willingness to serve a customer he had never dealt with and go out of his way spoke volumes to me as a person and in his profession.
