I enjoyed working with Fortitude, starting with Mario and the initial bid and SYR information, to the helpful video going over the bid details from Mr. Claire (not often you get a personal video message from the owner!) to Jacob the project manager and then Gustavo managing the onsite work crew and making sure I knew what was going on. They kept we well informed at every step, brought a large crew (10+) on the day of the job and got it done. I would recommend working with Fortitude Roofing.
The team arrived on time, got to work quickly, installed a beautiful roof, and cleaned up everything so well you couldn’t tell they were here (from the ground view). The workers were pleasant and accommodating as needed, and Aaron was very good with communicating progress and steps. The photos he took and posted showing progress on the job were very helpful. We’re very happy with how everything went and turned out.
