Sean is top notch, respectful, and was very patient and complementary though all my questions regarding a 48 square tear off and reroof on my home. I had a particular sensitive area with a 2:12 low pitch slope that was previously shingled and had been leaking. Extremely pleased with Fortitude Roofing.We were interested in a Fortified Roof. Sean was very informative and walked us through the entire process. He responded quickly to phone calls, was friendly and professional. Mike was on-site entire time during roof replacement.During process we were sent real time photos. I am extremely happy with this company! I emailed on a Sunday and the owner called me first thing Monday morning. I had a leak after a heavy rain and they repaired and checked the whole roof for any other problems very efficiently. i live out of town and the owner communicated with me directly. Sean and his team were incredibly professional from start to finish. Excellent communication, and when he gave us the timeline for the project to start and to be completed, he was spot on!
