My experience with Fortitude was excellent from start to finish. I had a leak in my roof and Mike went into my attic and on the roof to take detailed photos with notes and explained everything so I could understand. We ended up needing to replace the roof due to having several layers of shingles making the roof not only not repairable but also not technically insurable!
