From the start Sean was friendly personable, and a whole lot of professionalism. Everything he said was on target, in my opinion he went all out and overboard for me. I am extremely satisfied with the end results and would urge anyone who needs a roof do use this guy. I reside in NY and the house is in New Bern NC Sean kept me in the loop the whole time with photos, videos and even drone pics. This is a Five star company .
