Mike at Fortitude was awesome. I discovered a roof leak. Got a recommendation from my neighbor to call Fortitude. Mike came out same day - well after 5 PM. He viewed the ceiling damage, checked out the roof from an open window and went into an attic space to assess the source of the leak.
