Our insurance company straight up told us they were going to drop us completely BECAUSE we hadn't had anything done to our roof in 10 years. Additionally, they doubled our rates! We called 3 different companies: the first company said we only had minor damage worth about $500, the second company was willing to replace our roof, but were doubtful that insurance would cover us.
