We had hail damage from the storm in June 2025. Made the claim and the insurance came back with a ridiculously low reimbursement claiming a depreciation schedule for a roof >17 years old. I was overwhelmed to say the least. Was getting home after work one evening and Alfonso was working with a neighbor and said hello. Long story short. We spoke for a while. Then met with Pedro.
