            We recently had our roof replaced. Alfonso with FTM was great. His professionalism, kindness and ability to explain everything in detail step by step exceeded our expectations.             We had hail damage from the storm in June 2025. Made the claim and the insurance came back with a ridiculously low reimbursement claiming a depreciation schedule for a roof >17 years old. I was overwhelmed to say the least. Was getting home after work one evening and Alfonso was working with a neighbor and said hello. Long story short. We spoke for a while. Then met with Pedro.
