This home went from builders grade 3 tab shingle to a GAF Timberline HDZ 30 year architectural shingle upgrade.

    Once again we are in the Walsh community in Aledo, Texas. Upgrading this homeowners roof to a GAF Timberline HDZ shingle in Weathered Wood.

    We upgraded this homeowner from a builders grade shingle to a GAF Armorshield II, a Class 4 Impact Resistant Shingle. We also installed a solar attic vent to help combat the lack of ventilation in a room near the back of the home.

During our initial inspection we noticed that it needed more ventilation as the roof was loosing granules and the decking was warping. We added additional turbines to help the roof ventilation.

    These guys are the absolute best. Extremely professional and they do it the right way. We needed a new roof after some storms and FTM did not disappoint. We definitely have the best roof in the neighborhood now, because our neighbors were asking why their roofers weren’t doing it like FTM.
