Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough in his inspection and explanation during our cost estimate. He was able to answer all of our questions. We knew exactly what we were getting for our money! He was also so personable and kind. Our 3 young children were around for multiple visits/conversations and he was very patient and understanding. We can’t say enough about the great service from Charlie!
