Tom Hoffman came out today to inspect our roof to diagnose a couple of issues we were having. Tom was very knowledgeable, extremely thorough in his inspection and explained his findings in a very understandable and reassuring manner. There was no high pressure sales tactic. I would not hesitate recommending Four Seasons Kanga Roof and Tom Hoffman.
Kyle was our representative and he was wonderful! He made sure that we were comfortable by asking if we wanted him to wear a mask when he entered our home. He even covered his feet. He was friendly and patient. He answered all of our questions. He stayed as long as it took. We learned a ton and felt completely comfortable moving forward.
