I dealt with Alec Fell, directly. He was professional, responsive, on time, you will always have a few issues but they are there and listen, and make corrections if needed, the plan is to finish the rest of roofs that need to be replaced over the next 5years.

He consistently calls me to make sure our product is right fit for the job, and once on the project starts, asks for roof evaluations to make sure his team is installing the project to spec.
