Everyone has a bad day. I called your business and talked to a person that might be having one of those days. My first call to have a quote done was back in November / December time frame. I was given two quotes, one to replace all the gutters or two, fix the ones I have now. I chose to fix them. The repairman that was out a few times is a great asset to your company. Had a bad experienced with them, contacted them because of recent good reviews.The guy that supposed to come canceled the appointment twice and came late on the day of the appointment. I was told that he was coming back in this particular day to fix my roof but no show or call at all!. I called the office and the guy i talked to said to me that he will call me back the following day to fix the issue which he didnt!!Recieved a call after 3 days!
