Don't really know if two stars is accurate. They canceled my appointment for an estimate because of rain which I thought was odd for a company that works outside. Went with a different roofer. Probably not a big deal for them but they lost my 42 square roof and 293' of gutter job. About 20k.

We cannot risk the safety of our team which is why we do not allow our team members to walk roofs in the rain. Mason was the sales rep that came to my house. He was on time. I also received a text message with a picture and a brief discription of his background in advance of his arrival. Mason did, in my opinion, a thorough roof inspection. This included in the attic and outside on roof. He stayed about an hour. I was given 2 suggestions on better ventilation for my roof.
