I should start by saying that I have only had the initial estimate and temporary repair. I was very satisfied with Alex and Jason. Alex had shown up first, at the time his office said that he would, and was courteous and wore PPE correctly the entire time we were interacting. Alex explained to me that since I was filing an insurance claim (we had wind damage) that he would contact our insurance on our behalf to make sure the insurance company will give us a reasonable and accurate cost-of-repair... Very good quality workmanship and quick to get the job done. Needed new roof installed quickly, they had it done in 2 days, they started 3 days after hired. Afterwards they were very good about picking up any nail/screws and any garbage. Very clean and professional and great at explaining what was needed and what they would do to fix my problem.
